Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Recommended adult dosage.

WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning with breakfast. To help the absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins we suggest taking the capsules alongside good plant fats such as avocado, nuts, seeds, or olive oil.

BIOTIN: supports digestive breakdown by providing the body with energy to kickstart the metabolic process. With an increased intake of biotin, it is known to strengthen nails, support skin and hair health.

IRON: is essential to human health and absorption is improved in the presence of cofactors - Vitamins C & B. It is key for energy and cognition, along with supporting the immune system. If dietary intakes are met, iron can also reduce dry, brittle hair.

SAW PALMETTO: is often used to support the symptoms of urinary tract dysfunction and prostate health. Some studies have shown positive links to Saw Palmetto promoting hair growth, as it may act as a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor (DHT). 5-alpha reductase is associated with androgen related hair loss.

ZINC: supports immune system function, skin and hair health, and wound healing. It also plays an important role in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

SEA BUCKTHORN: contains high levels of fatty acids and antioxidants that are essential to many bodily functions. Whilst having the ability to support the digestive system, Sea Buckthorn also has properties to assist with skin health, including hydration, skin healing and elasticity.

ACEROLA: These mighty berries are antioxidant powerhouses with a rich, natural source of vitamin C, amino acids, essential fatty acids and fibre. They not only help reduce free radicals formed in the body, but they nourish glowing skin and support a healthy immune system.
