Take two capsules daily with food, or as recommended by your health professional. Taking this supplement with or immediately after food is strongly recommended due to the zinc content. WelleCo recommends taking the capsules in the morning or at lunch due to the B vitamins in the formula, which could disrupt sleep if taken too late.

Key Unique Ingredients

BROCCOLI SPROUTS: contain Vitamin C, an antioxidant, which has immune boosting properties and skin health benefits. Packed with calcium and vitamin K and A, to assist with bone and heart health. It also contains sulforaphane, a beneficial bioactive plant compound known as a phytochemical.

ZINC: supports immune system function, skin and hair health, and wound healing. It also plays an important role in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

GREEN TEA: significant antioxidant activity, which can help reduce free radicals. The polyphenols found in Green Tea can help to regulate sebum production in the skin, which can be beneficial for acne and oily skin types. It’s also an anti-inflammatory that helps to calm sensitive skin.

TUMERIC: contains curcumin, an antioxidant that gives turmeric its vibrant yellow colour. Curcumin also has anti-inflammatory properties that assist with joint health, making it helpful for the immune system, as well as being anti-microbial for the skin and a natural mood-booster.

PAPAYA: contains Zeaxanthin, an antioxidant that can help to filter out blue light rays that can be harmful to the skin. It’s also great for improving digestion and the absorption of nutrients from our food. Both are classified as proteolytic enzymes, which support the digestion of protein, reducing bloating and symptoms of IBS.

ACAI BERRIES: high in antioxidants, which means they’re an excellent anti-ageing ingredient that guards against free radical damage – such as wrinkles, dark spots and fine lines – for brighter, more youthful-looking skin. They also contain amino acids, fibre, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and vitamin C to help to support healthy immune function.
